Return Policy (USA)
We currently accept returns from the United States.
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to return an unused or defective Insulated Bottle for a refund or replacement.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused and in original condition, including all tags, packaging, and any protective seals.
- No liquid should be inside the bottle when returning it.
- A proof of purchase is required to process the return.
How to Make a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate the return process, please email our customer support team at support@bubh.shop. Include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and a photo of the product if it’s damaged or defective.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the product back.
- Return Shipment: Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during the return shipping process. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your Insulated Bottle is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Customer’s Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong item, size, or color, or simply no longer need the product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for these returns to ensure the product reaches us safely.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspect Upon Arrival: Please inspect your Insulated Bottle immediately after receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us right away.
- Resolution for Defective Products: If the product is defective or damaged, we will either replace it or issue a full refund. Please email us at support@bubh.shop and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To get the product you want, please return the original item and purchase the new one separately after the return is processed.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned Insulated Bottle, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
